yet again contemplating on stress y’all

The week has been rapid. I feel like I have not been as “productive.” I needed quite a bit of time to rest after going to Palm Springs. I had really bad insomnia until that last two sleeps, and was staying up until 3-4 in the morning. I then would wake up at some ungodly hour my demon time body is not accustomed to. I also had a photoshoot, and I am excited to see how it comes out. My first profession photoshoot was me getting my toes wet, and being comfortable being perceived/on camera. I HATE eye contact, and being a companion I have been really trying to work on my eye contact.

This second photoshoot I brough a dress that I have owned for years, but have not had the chance to truly appreciate/feel beautiful while wearing it. I wanted something eye-catching, whimsical, and colorful. I am very high femme in my personal life, and was going for a sort of coquette vibez. I was listening to Lana Del Rey, and trying to be as femme as possible. I already know one of my captions will be, “Can I be your baby?”

Anyways let me get to the prompt before I start falling asleep while writing this blog, per usual.

Prompt: Describe two things you usually do to reduce stress. How do you feel after you do them.

1) I take a shower. There is something spectacular, and meditating about cleaning. I love grooming which includes showering all the time. Afterwards I feel upbeat about the worked, and the humans I have the privilege of knowing.

2) I lay down. I really need my horizontal time. When I am upright all the time, I feel so exhausted, and diminished. When I went in office I brought a blanket, and pillow. Whenever I need to lay down, unwind, and relax I would spend time in he corner of my cubicle, and sleep underneath my desk. I really needed the horizontal time to recharge so that I could continued to my job effectively.

My eyes are barely awayke, and I am gong to have tap out y’all.
